Steel & Power Ltd. (KSSPL) undertakes production of these Steel
Products. Using industrial grade raw materials provided by our mining
partner M/s KamalJeet Singh Ahluwalia, we have been offering superior
quality products in India. Tested for quality, strength, durability,
anti abrasive and anti corrosive property, these Steel Products have
helped us to carve niche in markets across the globe. Today, because of
the exceptional quality of our products, we are termed as the best

Production ProcessAs one of the prominent TMT manufacturer, exporter and supplier, we have developed specialized production process. In
the first stage Sponge Iron/Pig Iron is processed in the Furnace along
with addition of FE Alloys and converted into molten metal form. This
Molten Metal is subjected to strict Chemical Analysis and then transfer
to Ladle for Ingot Casting and Stacking (Dressing if required). Later
on it is transferred to Rolling Mill and then loaded in reheating
furnace for final processing. Once this stage gets over, rolling of
bars and TMT processing is done on them followed by physical
inspection. Before final dispatch to the client, these rods are cut to
size and further inspection with respect to the specification provided
by the client. Then these are actually bundled together and dispatched
to the client.Manufacturing UnitsThese processes are operational at several places that are listed below:
- Production of Sponge & Billets at Barbil, with installed capacity of 3 Lac TPA.
- Production of Sponge, Billets & TMT, at production rate of 1 Lac TPA in Satna.
- Sponge based Ingots & TMT plant setup of 1 lac TPA at Bagru, Jaipur.
Quality Monitoring Setup
For
our steel products, we have established specialized Quality Monitoring
Setup, which incorporates specialized quality monitoring CNC equipments
and Rolls Cutting machines that test our products.
